After a career in banking Eric joined Ferrotrade in 1996. With his knowledge in export financing he has contributed a lot to the companys success.

Thomas Zeindler

Sales Manager

Thomas joined Ferrotrade in 2003. He has a commercial background and gained a lot of experience in export trade working for various companies.

Raphael Studer

Sales Manager

Raphael has come on board the Ferrotrade team in January 2011. He brings 7 years of experience in international trading business, with a special focus on transport and logistics.   He has been responsible for the division of export and import in his previous job, where he has exercised the complete cycle of supply chain, documentations and operations.  With a degree as Export Specialist, he will surely become a great asset to our company.

Xiao Song

Manager of the Shanghai Office

Xiao, chief manager of our Shanghai Representative office, has profound knowledge in international trade and economics, and brings with her various working experiences from multi-national companies as well as her excellent communication skills in English and French. Her mission is to establish and enhance strategic relations with our China business partners, look for new opportunities, select and audit good producers and grow our supplier base in China.

Kseniya Khalichkova

Marketing Eastern Europe

Kseniya joined Ferrtrade in 2010, with a university degree in Law. She will be responsible for marketing in Eastern Europe, and enhances our alliance with our local partners there. She speaks fluently Russian, Turkish and English, and brings with her a great understanding in the culture and traditions of Eastern European countries.

Abdellatif Rifaky

Sales Manager of the Casablanca Office

Abdellatif joined our team in july 2009 as our new sales manager at our office in Casablanca/Morocco. However, his cooperation with Ferrotrade has already come a long way and he brings with him over 25 years experience in foundries and steel plants. He is well introduced and well connected in this industry, an he enjoys an excellent reputation with our Moroccan customers.

Christian Dumont

Metallurgical Engineer

Christian Dumont has been working for more than 40 years in the metallurgical field and gained an important know how in the foundry process. Christian is our chef application engineer and at the disposal of our customer for technical questions related to the foundry production.
